The rectangular ones, toasted, with salted butter and a good drizzled of golden syrup. They come out of the toaster very soft and then crisp up as they cool slightly.

The bread has to be butterd otherwise the crisps fall out, unless it's a steam baked white loaf so that you can flatten the slices into the crisps.... it's a technical and precise art.
