Me....I cant stand fat so buy trimmed unsmoked medallions from Aldi. For some reason I toast the bread but must try it plain next time.

Using up some wraps so yesterday I had one with red jam and sliced red grapes .

And today it's sliced mushrooms in a wrap.

Am I naughty ?
Breckie was blueberry pancake with honey, banana and ice cream. It was sooooo nice.
Later i made burgers with various spices and they are now in the freezer.
