After a Steakbake from Greggs late afternoon, grandson decided that we needed me to make pancakes 🥞
Sugar & lemon juice for me, maple syrup for MrsPete & him.. 👍

Our greengrocer sells cooked, vacuum packed, sweetcorn in pairs. They work very well on the bbq as they just need a bit of singeing on the outside

I simmer mine then butter 'em up & foil wrap them so, like yours, they just need heating up on the BBQ.

Didn’t cook nuffin but had a very nice Rigatoni with pesto and Italian sausage. Then enough cheese to sink a ship at a wine and cheese pairing evening
