AFAIK toothache, especially multiple toothache, can also be a symptom of a number of medical issues not just jaw/sinus related.

Maybe visit your GP for a full blood screen?

If it is tooth related and not sinus, then clove bud oil is absolute magic. Just rub a tiny on the painful tooth

Or just chew on / suck a clove. I always have whole cloves in the kitchen.
