Total Cycle Assist?

Hi,
I picked up a link for this company. Its stated on their website that they will insure your bike(any value) and all your family for £24 and lots of extras!
Does anyone know of them or even recommend them?

That sounded too good to be true so I did a search ... I found this page on BikeRadar. The catch is that theft cover is not included. If you want that then cover starts at £4.59/month per bike!
