Yup would be surprised if this Tour is a priority for Dumoulin which is disappointing.
Not that many TT km and about as mountainous a tour as I can remember which will not float his boat.

Stage 17 looks an absolute doozy. Just 65km long but with 3,800m of climbing.

Perhaps he will, perhaps he won't.
I really hope Landa hasn't been sold a bit of a pup from Movistar, after all Quintana & Valpiti are still there and we get some "double leader" bolshoi.
Really hoping Porte is up for this. Sky aren't thje strongest at a TTT, not far off, whereas BMC are usually spot on. Then there's Sunweb.

Valverde has said that he won't be in the TdF as Quintana and Landa will be favoured

I tweeted William Hill last night to ask for odds on Warren Barguil winning stage 17 of next year's Tour. They came back with 10/1.
