He only made a couple of points on Girmay, 4 on Kanter and 6 on Philipsen. Better than losing points to them, obviously.
It's difficult to know who the main threat will be - Kooij isn't targeting it, but if he wins again today he'll put himself in a decent position to take it anyway with the new sprint stage scores. Girmay and Kanter obviously are targeting and Girmay has the ability to get in breaks to hunt points. Philipsen you'd expect to be focused on stage wins, but he'll contest points if the peloton come to them
