It does look good as is tbh. He has always wanted to have 60mm rims though. I have convinced him to go for 45mm as halfway house.

Exactly. Hence me convincing him to move to 45mm.
Edit: Don’t get me wrong, it’s overkill for him, but he works very hard and I don’t want to stand in his way of getting what he wants. I have discussed his options along the way mind you, advising him what’s necessity and what’s overkill, and he’s settled somewhere in the middle.
