The hotel we just stsyed at in Thailand was excellent, and the reviews reflected that. All except for one who marked it down to three spots, her only complaint? There were crabs on the private beach.

Take it with a pinch of salt, ignore the 5 star and 1 star reviews and see what the average comments are like.
