Buying milk from Aldi that's two days nearer its Use By Date than the previous lot that I bought. They've got worse stock rotation than a corner shop.

What do you mean by "non medical"?

Do you mean travel insurance that just covers property and maybe delays? And why would you want that?

I often cycle past Warrington Tip access road

the cycle path that goes round it often has "stuff" dumped on it
presumably from people who get there just after it closes and can;t be bothered coming back another day!!!

Same thing used to happen when I lived in Llandudno Junction

I think a lot of these instances occur when people try to go to the tip and find it either closed, queueing round the block or turned away by some little Hitler because they've got the wrong colour socks on.

Well yes, that is increasingly a problem! But still, willful fly-tippers - and especially cowboy "tradesmen" cutting corners - are the major problem. IMO

Don't get me started on recycling centres. They ask you to bring ID which is fair enough, only residents can use it. BUT. They never ask females to provide any proof of address. They also ask me every time, but instead of asking to see my ID (which I take each time), they just say "what's your postcode?". I start saying "PL9.......", he interrupts and says "yeah that's fine". If you need ID, you need ID. If I was from outside the region and hence shouldn't be using the recycling centre, I could very easily just state a Plymouth postcode and I'd be let in. What's the point in asking for proof, if anyone can just state a local postcode!!
