Trouble with bkool saving trained sessions

is anyone else having trouble saving their trained sessions on the bkool simulator/software? It's only just started failing to save my information which is getting irritating

Yes often. Don't try and save it too many times. I try twice, then if it fails, close Bsim and restart Bsim. It then always uploads successfully.
