So on to our next subject. The world needs to know the truth about Mr T, and how he adopted his signature haircut after an incident where he'd been out on the lash with George Peppard and fell under Peppard's sit on lawnmower during the ride home.

Mr T made his small screen debut on Coronation Street in 1978, where he played Bet Lynch's new boyfriend, Derek Accrington.

T appeared in only 4 episodes, and in the final episode he upsets Ken Barlow by calling him a "crazy fool." Barlow whips out a flick knife and a fight ensues, which results in T's character being fatally stabbed.
