Unusual to see such similar speeds - 0.04km/h between the two. Presumably they aren't on similar ( J ) courses?

I know, the 25 was on a quick DC and the 10 wasn't. Should nail a 21 minute 10 next season on one of the quick courses.

How hilly are these courses? I tried a local 10 recently and only just got below 30 minutes!

Conditions of 14mph headwind and 700ft of climbing explain some?

Flat as you will get. Add on some are on fast A roads. 700 feet in 10 miles is hilly so 20 ave. is good.
