Can you put inner tubes and normal tyres onto a wheel that came with tubeless set up?

Bike is Giant TCR (700x25) original tubeless tyres.

Yes, you just need to remove the tubeless valve. 25mm tyres are not ideal for a tubeless set-up in any event.

you can even use the tubeless tyres, although such things normally have poor puncture protection, relying on the sealant instead.

I'm going to have to buy new tyres, its a proper faff, at the end of the day I have a tyre with a hole in it and I don't feel confident about taking on a 40+ miler with it there! (If I want to stick Tubeless that is)
