Presumably all of them will have moved on in one way or another, so even if C5 wanted to recruit them, it's got to be unlikely many will be available, and then there is the cost of course.
It looks to me like the production company has liquidated, so it would be a big task of tracking people down and recruiting. https://www.companiesintheuk.co.uk/ltd/vsquared-tv

Not impossible but I bet 5 won't.

Id presume if 5 were going for it fully themselves, theyd be getting Vine+Sunset in to do it, since they did a similar thing S4Cs TdF, and did the cricket highlights for 5 too, which has that similar setup of theres another broadcaster doing a full live version with their own comms, need to put together highlights for a 7pm slot.

Can you get TNT for just a month - I'm reading conflicting info about it - it's one month but you pay for two, or sign up and cancel straight away and you get a month.

This year will be my 40th TdF and if it's £34 quid for a months coverage, I would probably pay that

Good news from Channel 5, as it will show Le Tour’s highlights:

ITV has lost the right to broadcast the TdF as from July 2026 and so has Euro Sport and all other franchises as an American company has bought them all to cover all sports and will be charging £31 a month for the privilege.
They won't be getting a penny from me.
Greedy sods.

It’s all free for me, there’s a weird program on my Firestick, don’t know how it got there. 😆 Maybe you could watch on Tiz cycling.

Chapeau to 5 for doing that.

I see Wimbledon, whatever that is, and TdF have a clash in the diary.

Should I buy another TV, move into a hotel or attempt and fail to negotiate a compromise with the resident tennis fan?
