Watching the intro the The Doubledeckers cheered me up no end - just how exciting was that? As a 7 year old I just knew the next half hour was going to be fab.

Something else just occured to me. It's probably the first time I have seen it in colour!

Is my mind playing tricks with me? I remember Marine Boy having a different theme tune to the one in the clips. I was sure it was Telstar by the tornados
