Nope. Wot @raleighnut says is correct.

The best quality italian pasta is made from Durum wheat. Semolina is just a coarse milling of said wheat and is used for a multitude of things. Including that stodgy staple of school dinners desserts - semolina pudding. It's very interchangeable with polenta, which is essentially the same sort of thing, but made from corn, not wheat.

🎶 School dinners, school dinners, concrete chips, concrete chips,
Soggy Semolina, Soggy Semolina,
I feel sick, I feel sick 🎶

We had a different version (same tune) that went like this

School dinners
School Dinners
Burnt baked beans
Burnt baked beans
Sloppy semolina
Sloppy semolina
I feel sick
Fetch the bucket quick
It's too late
I've done it on my plate

The change in diet internationally has caused and is causing big problems.
Ultra-processed crap being passed off as real food is a massive problem literally.
I've never seen this before but this clinic has provided a 'big' persons chair.

I haven't eaten meat for nearly two months now, though I still have the occassional cod steak, prawns or tinned fish. I've been buying stuff like..

or Quorn meals, or simply making my own own veggie, or veggie and fish meals.

I went to my local hospital, 7 years ago for a pre hernia op' health check. I cycled the mere 6 miles up there as I was still 'a cyclist' then. I took my bike into the waiting room which was ok with the staff etc and sat down on a 'big persons' chair as the others were taken up. After a minute or so a big person told, not asked me to shift otherwise they'd sit on me!
