I'd echo Greg (User). I assume it's Russell Jones and Walker you're dealing with. Follow their advice, please. I'd be surprised if the CTC didn't want to make the most of the video in the event of a favourable outcome. Bear in mind that insurance companies rely on people tiring of the claims procedure, and that they may want to string it out as long as possible.
