Bollo - I'm glad to hear that you're OK-ish, and I hope that the shoulder clears up.

I'd echo Greg (User). I assume it's Russell Jones and Walker you're dealing with. Follow their advice, please. I'd be surprised if the CTC didn't want to make the most of the video in the event of a favourable outcome. Bear in mind that insurance companies rely on people tiring of the claims procedure, and that they may want to string it out as long as possible.

spookily it was a white Volvo that rear-ended me at 55mph - they didn't find the car, only paint samples . .I'd always thought of Volvos drivers as sensible.
