It matters to me.
Well, that's all right then.
It matters to me.
We only had 3 candidates standing for election.
How many did you all have?
My wife was down there at around the same time as you, Arch, and she was number 97 out of about 1900 registered to vote there, so a similar proportion to yours. We were a Polling Station today. When I left at 5.30, the guys reckoned they'd got a 4.5% turnout so far. They'd just had rush of 4 people in an hour.
I was about to say "By coincidence, our mix was the same!" but we're both Thames Valley so it's not that big a coincidence.Six, two indi, one con, one lab, one lib, one ukip.

Snap!3 here. 1 Lab, 1 Con and an Independant
There was an interesting letter in the paper.
A woman wrote saying that she was going to spoil her paper or not vote. However, she figured that there will be a PCC voted in whatever she does, so she went and voted on the basis that might as well have a say as to who it is, or isn't.
That is how I see it. I will vote whatever I feel about it as someone will get voted in so I might as well influence it is I can.
I don't think there should be an election at all, so I didn't want to contribute to its legitimacy.
Yep, you've got me bang to rights. Now we have that settled, you can get back to some one-handed surfing. That'll show 'em, way to go tiger! I bet you'd walk into Marks and Spencer and shout ASDA!
