There are some real morons about. No doubt, when they are finally caught they will claim that these attacks were just pranks and they never realised that somebody could get hurt!

I encountered egg-throwers on several occasions. A female colleague and an old cyclist in front of us both got hit in the chest by eggs lobbed from a car doing 40+ mph. They made a right mess and caused some nasty bruises, but just imagine what a fast-moving egg could do to an eye or a windpipe!

Very worrying. Lets hope it doesn't catch on as a copy cat craze. I often cycle these roads at the weekends and will certainly be watching out for a silver BMW. They need catching and quick.

Some of my rides take me up to Southwest Leicester, if near there I'll be extra cautious, not that I'm not already. Some twunt has been watching Tom & Jerry et al. and hasn't grown up

I've ridden all those roads. Martin Webster one of those pushed off, owns my local LBS, on Saturday when I was talking to him, he didn't know about the other two incidents.
