Was there an ATC4000?

I'm trying to find details for an ATC4000...I assume there was a model between the ATC3k and ATC5k?

Does anyone have any details on it...or if it even existed? I can't even find it on Oregon's own website!

Also, what does ATC stand for... action t____ camera? all terrain camera? AcTion Camera?
