Ok, take 12 chicken thighs, 250ml red wine vinegar, 10 heads of garlic, a whole shed load of thyme and a large Le Creuset pot ....
Chuck it all in with salt and pepper, oven at 180./gas 4 I hour lid on, 30 mins lid off.
Serve on linguine ....
