Watching people work

Sat in a ward awaiting my other half to be discharged.
I have realised how good it is to sit and watch a proper nurse make a hospital bed up ready for the next patient.

What and who do you like work doing what?

On a more serious note - people in places where they sell things like 'hand painted ornaments' (or other handmade stuff) where you can actually see them making it. Glassblowing is particularly good.

Topical - just watched a couple of blokes glassblowing a large glass version of a virus on the OneShow

I like watching mechanics do their stuff.

I used to be fascinated watching highly skilled workers doing their stuff, welders, cnc lathe operators etc.

I spend a lot of time working with people looking over my shoulder trying to learn the trade secrets, things is there is not any, just months then years of solid practise.

Although we find with excellent tutorials like this people often do not need training.
