He says he is not interested in cycling and won't take it up. He only did it to raise money. Don't know how much he has raised yet as not everyone has paid up.

Latest is that he raised about £400. He trained for a week on a 1984 bike and he said it was easy and dont feel tired today. I wish I could have his legs!

Impressive effort. I doubt I could have done that at age 19, about 35 miles was my limit: I'm actually far better at cycling now than I was then.
