Ordered a nice new windproof jacket and it came today. I was dead excited!!!

Ordered an XL thinking it would be about a 16 (big baps and all that) wanted it for over jerseys etc.

Didn't even zip up!!!

I was mortified so checked out the sizing. Aparrantly, an XL is a 12 - 14!!! What is a S then, 8 - 10 (yrs old?)

WTF!!!! Gutted.

I felt too ashamed to order a bigger size ;) but when I looked, they didn't do one anyway!

that sizing does not allow for a small to exist without going into kids sizes,

its not a kids one and you've not realised is it?

is the sizing list on the website or you've read the 12-14 off the label?

Female? Yup. apparently if you've got chesticles or a rear end of anything over a 12-14, one does not exercise. It's why I end up wearing men's or unisex stuff to cycle in.

I usually call them bappage but get confused when ordering a nice pork bap from outside Matalan ;)

Waffles - you are right (female wise)! I have got a Gore SS jersey in an Xl which is a good fit, probably a bit baggy TBH. Hence why I thought I'd be ok in a jacket.

Off to the mens section then ......
