Looks nice. It may have minimal tyres, but the clearances look generous - was it originally built for 27" and is now fitted with 700C rims?

Yes on 700c now, originally 27". I'm currently just personalising the bike, but had a few quick rides - superb light and fast, handles wonderfully too. 30 gears on tap as well...
