What do you do with your old road bike?

We have an organization I do a bit of work for that gets unused bikes to those who need them, we quit sending bikes to Africa some years ago. The police and Uni people now have a place to dispose of their bikes, and people who need them to get to transit, etc. have a better bicycle. I've worked on a lot of BSOs and fantastic bicycles for that lot.

Gave my old tatty Apollo to my dad, it can take up space in his shed now

My Bianchi is currently adorning the window of my LBS. And I have a load of store credit! It's the best way of doing it, if I sold the bike for cash I would only have had to spend the money on boring stuff like mortgages and babies. This way I can only spend it on bike stuff .
