What food turns your stomach?

Nothing turns my stomach. I love food. All Food. Any food.
I am happy to try anything, no matter how strange or exotic.
Though I will avoid Coconut if possible.

In-fact I do remember one food I found I didn't actuality like.
I was in Sushi restaurant in Manhattan and was served up what I can only describe as sea anemone sperm. It was gak, though I had to keep re-trying it to convince me that I actually found a food (if you could call it that) that I didn't like.

Other than that, i like most things.

Me too. Why it is virtually impossible to buy a sandwich without it plastered in the stuff? Vile. Vile.vile.

I like the stuff but i do agree about it being in almost everything you can buy for lunch. Pasta seems to appear in a every of lunch salad too and i don't always want that either.

Garlic. Any food so utterly bad that it needs garlic to make it palatable should not be served.

Fishy tasting fish of any variety makes me want to spew in particular fishy fish that have been smoked.

Bland fish like cod in batter or even shellfish prawns etc I can manage. Give me a piece of salmon or a kipper and I just can't swallow the stuff.

All of my other childhood dislkes such as olives, mushrooms, sprouts, cauliflower etc I now like. Fishy fish on the other hand.

But if fish smells "fishy" its not fresh.

Banana is the big one. liver comes next although I'm an enthusiastic consumer of offal (yeah, I'll eat brain, testicles, lungs and sweetbreads no problem especially love kidney.) Tripe simply because I have not found a way of making actually tastly.

Meat with fat is a must (the fat molecules combine with our taste buds to make it tasty. Without fat your more or less tasting nothing).

But you can stick your banana's. How anyone can eat them on a ride is beyond me.

Sea urchin sushi, repulsive...I had to gag it down in a restaurant in Tokyo, was with a client, cost about £20! Looked like salmon but had a hideous smooth texture and sea taste, bleurgh

I don't like sashimi either, tasteless and chewy but smoked salmon is scrummy despite having a similar texture!

I don't recommend calf fries in Texas either, just have the steak they are served with

For me, it`s beetroot, sprouts, tuna, goats cheese, cherry tomatoes, meat with fat on, or sandwiches (of any kind) with butter/margarine in them.....yack!!!

And if a milky drink has a skin on it..................goodbye

Cucumber makes me nauseous. I'm forever pulling the stuff out of sandwiches that have all the stuff I like, except the flippin' cucumber!

Except broad beans and snails.
