On further inspection the commuter has a broken spoke so that is sidelined and the back up bike has been set up ready .
Managed to get the synapse left shifter done after much mucking about as i had to take the cable guide under the BB out to get the cables through the frame managing to snap one edge off in the process
, the cable s are all now installed but the FD is not playing ball so i have checked google and i might be not routing the cable around the FD clamp right as i remember the 4700 has an odd cable routing so i will try again another day .
