Pal brought his wheel round for me to fix a drive side spoke. Took a bit longer than planned as I dropped the spoke nipple inside the double rim, took a fair while to fish it out with some sticky tape. 2nd attempt inserted it on the end of another spoke and screwed it on!
Lesson learned for next time!
Also when I removed the cassette the freehold came off with it, is that usual for a Hunt hub?

After hours fighting to remove possibly the most stubbornly stuck crown race I've ever dealt with, I finally got the new forks fitted! :smile:

Gave the front pads and rims on the Trek rebuild a good scrub and clean while also toeing in the pads a bit and hey presto! No grabbing and squealing .

Nice little pootle this morning to test everything out properly.
