A few things I learnt on my ride today...
1) Riding in a group is far more fun than riding solo...but you have to keep your wits about you.
2) Now matter how unpleasant winter training can be at the time, it is so worthwhile come spring.
3) Tailwinds are the thingsnof Myth and Legend...they DO NOT exist in the real world!
4) I love me new bike more than is probably natural!!
