What is the longer time/distance you done on a turbo trainer?

90 minutes, but this is on a wattbike thus the creme de la creme of trainers.

No junk miles here - all training.

30 mins was what I used to do before I got bored.

They are good for injury recovery. Oh Gaz 39 stoner can I have my turbo back please, I've got surgeries coming up...

Eventually I will write about that.. really shitty experience on that area for me.. But you are absolutely right can be great to get back in shape and recover from an injury.

I did Alp D'huez the other night as my 2nd ever ride, took me 55mins, which was by far and away the longest I've done on a turbo.

I need to sort out flood defences for the pool of water created by the ride on the floor though!

An hour was the longest I did. I had good intentions of keeping up this for the winter but within a week I was down to 10 min. As long as its not icy I'd rather go out for half hour on the bike in the freezing cold than 10 min on a turbo.
