Mine just messed up a jigsaw I have been doing. I only had the sky of it to go, then in comes the cat, walks over the jigsaw, then starts plucking and gets her claw stuck in it, and tries to run away. :cursing:

Get four half walnut shells fill them with quick cure epoxy resin.

Sedate cat.

Stick a paw in each glue reservoir let resin cure.

No more errant nails to get snagged in a jig saw.

Problem solved.

Alternatively give the cat to someone else to keep.

Not this house but that cat we had at the time decided to pi55 all over the kitchen worktops.xx(

Which was quite a problem because the worktops were covered in tiles and no matter how much I cleaned the area, how much disinfectant/bleach I used the smell of cat pi55 still lingered in the grouting.

New worktops.

On a cycling theme, Leo disconnected the lead from the tv aerial to the Sky box. Not too bad, but I did not discover what had happened until a few days after not being able to Eurosport or ITV4 to watch the Tour de France.

He had apparently made himself very comfy behind the Tv.

Nothing really bad, just normal cat stuff. He regularly wakes me up at inconvenient times, sometimes by kneading my head. Sometimes by running his claws down the mirror doors of the wardrobe (must get those changed). He likes to go out when it's pissing down, get muddy and then retire to bed. Our bed, not his.

He's not managed to trip me up yet, but by god does he try regularly.

I'm replacing a load of floorboards at the moment. Have to keep a careful eye out for him, as soon as there's a cat-sized hole in the floor he wants down it.

One of the cats was on the top of the kitchen cupboards, and puked over the side - straight into the toaster - toaster got binned, not the cat. She's nearly toasted the new toaster - just missed that time.

I hate cats and wouldn't give one houseroom. When I was a TV engineer we used to get video recorders that cats had peed in. Their urine was so strong that it melted the copper tracks on the circuit boards. So much for cats being clean animals.

Bleach makes the smell worse, it reacts with the cat pee to make the pee smell stronger. The cat then thinks another cat has marked their spot and sprays pee on it again.
Most vets sell an enzyme based spray that stops the smell and solves the problem.

The worse thing my cat did was to be involved in a fight, I had to have him put down within 6 months, as he had contracted feline aids and his liver failed.
