What is the worst thing your cat has done?

We were chasing a mouse round lounge last night, he was just sat watching. He put us out of misery and caught it.

A few years back, I heard a banging noise coming through cat flap went to investigate, the silly sod brought back a mouse and the mouse trap in which it had been caught.

Don't mind mice, its the birds I don't like him catching. None so far this year, will keep fingers crossed.

Got a tattoo, raped the dog, set fire to the house and then tried to rob a bank before being despatched by a Police marksman.

Parents used to have a Tonkinese, which is a cross Burmese-Siamese and precociously intelligent as well as very vocal. In the days before TV when we used to sit reading or even talking, the cat used to amuse itself by doing circuits of the sitting room jumping from chair to chair then up along the mantelpiece just to wind up the two-legs. One particular evening when my Uncle John, a very devout and sanctimonious Catholic, was staying, the cat got up on the mantle and began batting my Mum's prize Royal Doulton figurines off. Mum jumped up just in time to catch the first piece before it smashed to bits and yelled at the cat: "YOU F*CKING LITTLE DEMON!" ...which didn't go down very well with her deeply religious brother.

I got revenge though; one of the items of furniture on the circuit was a modern table from Habitat, which was just a chrome steel cube with a glass top. One day as the little demon was heading around on his usual circuit I removed the glass... and the whole family screamed with laughter as he fell through the top looking distinctly pissed off, lashing his tail in anger. From then onwards he would always stop and reach out a paw to check the glass was there before committing himself. Clever cat.
