i'd need a croquet lawn like this one at the hotel and my own lake clearly...another plus would be a supply of lambs on the estate to save on trips to the butchers. Surely these basic requirements can be accomodated easily enough.

When I lived in Coventry (about 17 miles from Birmingham down the A45, for you southerners), I didn't notice that the Coventry accent has a good hint of Brummie but every time I go back now, I certainly do!

Did Mrs 530kam go to the Primary School in Green Lane? Was that Styvechale Primary School, opposite the shops on Kenpas Highway?

No - they used to live at the North end until 1995 before Longford went real downhill , south Cov is so much nicer, My spare hybrid is at my outlaws (kids use it when we are there) and the small roads opposite the church are lovely for a ride

Does it have a bed as big as this?

Yes

No, but you'd have awful neighbours BOAB....

I shall tell Mr Benn what you said. He is a very good neighbour. Though it is sometimes difficult to recognise him when he is in disguise.

There is a supply of rabbits in the field at the back of the house. For swimming there is the river about half a mile away.

...but watch out for strange holes being drilled in the party wall- don't believe any claim about rabbits?

Headgardener - When I was looking at houses in this area, I looked at one in Bewdley. The garden backed onto the Severn Valley Railway, a short distance, perhaps a quarter of a mile from Bewdley Station, just by a set of signals.^_^

Lovely location. But unfortunately the owners of the house had chosen to paint it bright pink, put tarmac over the front garden, and build some really ugly cupboards in every room.
