What makes cycling such a great thing to enjoy?

The very friendly people you meet in country lay bys at night (and during the day time on the Wirral).

Being outside, seeing the scenery and all the other things people have said.
For me I need time for myself away from others, so I’m a solo cyclist I like keeping to my time table and enjoying my own company for a ride.

I wave to others and I’m talkative when out but in general it’s great me time with added benefits

It's the sum of the parts for me.

I love cycling and I love my bikes; I ride to 'chill out', I ride to 'work out', I ride for a sense of well being, a cycle ride can nearly always compliment whatever mood I am in. My bikes are my magic carpet to explore places, my two wheeled companion on holiday, this last year especially they have literally saved me, I am sure I would have struggled even more without them.
