As expected Tier 3 Lancashire...Worked and cycled all the way through the Pandemic.

My better half who works for the NHS contracted the virus 4 weeks ago and is still not 100%. I self isolated for 14 days indoors with her, with no social distancing as I was fully expecting to catch it and hoping to get it over with. No I never caught it. Also had a Antibody test which came back negative today.

Here are the latest Covid rates per 100,000 people across Nottinghamshire

From left to right, it reads: name of local authority; rate of new cases in the seven days to November 21; number (in brackets) of new cases recorded in the seven days to November 21; rate of new cases in the seven days to November 14; number (in brackets) of new cases recorded in the seven days to November 14

Nottingham, 203.1, (676), 262.2, (873)
Ashfield, 257.2, (329), 302.5, (387)
Bassetlaw, 309.0, (363), 417.2, (490)
Broxtowe, 163.1, (186), 230.6, (263)
Gedling, 199.3, (235), 255.3, (301)

Newark and Sherwood, 195.2, (239), 248.3, (304)
