4am every morning , with out fail ,zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
3. Get up before 6:24, go for an extended ride arriving back at home by 9:00. Have a quick shower, snack & then drive in.6-24am here. About an hour earlier than usual. Had a meeting in Ashbocking near Needham Market, Suffolk, so 2 choices:
1. Have a lie in and get up at 9ish and drive.
2. Get up at 6-24, cycle 5 miles to Newmarket station, take 8am train to Needham Market and cycle the 11 miles to Ashbocking.
Well no contest really is it - cycling in the moonlight early this morning was a real treat, and East Suffolk looked stunning in the winter sunshine. And, award for the most patient, safest overtake of the day goes to.....an Audi driver! Nearly fell of me bike in amazement!
Same here, helps me beat the traffic while riding to work. I have a whole highway mostly to myself4am every morning , with out fail ,zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I too cycled through Ashbocking yesterday, although purely for pleasure, not meetings involved. Also have a friend who lives there, so I know it well.
