Weekdays depends where i am going to be working.
normally 0545 , but can be 0430 if i need to get an early train from Paddington to West Country

On earlies mostly so the alarm goes off at 4.40am ...but did a night shift last night and clocked off at 4.40am, went to bed at 8am, got up at 11am and will hopefully be sleepy enough at 9pm tonight ready for tomorrow's alarm at 4.40am

My body gets up before my brain wakes. Without fail. Anything before 10am is a write off, but I'm corporally vertical by 7am most days.

5.30 - 6.00am usually. Love the early mornings. Sad to see them getting darker or I would probably be up even earlier. I don't sleep well anyway so as well just getting up.

I see 4am pretty much without fail, whatever time I need to be up. Usually get some more dozing in though. Get out of bed anything between 5.30 and 10am again, dependent on commitments.

it can be anytime from 7am to 9.30, I don't sleep well at all, on the day I change my fentanyl patch (every 72 hours)I can guarantee I will lay awake all night and fall asleep about 5am , that when I usually get up at 9.30.
