bit off a story but here goes
started cycling to loose a bit off weight had an old mountain bike so decided to buy a road bike so bought a viking pelaton £300 entry bike .talking to a friend at work he said there was a mounting bike in his garage i could have duly went to collect it a claud butler in purple ,whilst there there was also a road bike in the corner i asked who,s was it and was it for sale .it was son in laws he would ask any way £50 pound later owner off a trek 1000sl in orange got it up and running broken spokes etc been riding it for last couple off days runs like a dream so now have 3 bikes one has to go but which one the trek is a 63cm frame which i fiddled with stem ,seat to ride the pelaton is 56 cm what to do any thoughts

3's a good start, enough to ward of anxiety. 7 is adequate, 10 comfortable

Agreed, keep all 3.cos once its gone, you will more than likley regret it.Big time I would.

on a bit of a side note. how do you find the peloton. i have the same bike. and so far 2 months in have nothing but praise for it.

It sounds like the Trek is far too big for you, so just pass it on to someone who finds it hard to come across large framed bikes, someone like er....................me

Then just go and fill the space it leaves with something else

i,m 6ft nearly just lowered seat post and turned stem round fits a treat its so nice to ride the trek i went on a 25mile ride yesterday and it just felt right
so i think its a keeper
