What TV are you watching?

I binge watched all 3 series of the Detectorists last week. It was on the recomendation of a friend of mine. A very British type of comedy, and in parts quite sad.

I did the same this time last year, or maybe the year before. A wonderfully heartwarming show.

I am a big Star Trek fan. I always have been. But I really am bored with Star Trek: Discovery. I watched the first season when it came out. Now I'm trying to watch the second. It's as exciting as watching snow melt.

I have higher hopes for the new Star Trek: Picard. I hope they return the Klingons to their 'proper' look.

I remember the story because it was on the news but this gave us so much more info. Ben is a psychopath, hopefully he will stay in prison for a long time. To think-if he hadn't moved on to the elderly lady then he would never have been caught.

The Gloaming... a murky Tasmanian crime drama with shovelful of witchcraft thrown in. I enjoyed it.

Great thanks for the heads up - that is a series reminiscent of production values in the old days of TV

Yes... Unforgotten has been a solid crime drama, well written and hasn't got silly in subsequent series like Line of Duty did.

Him & Her - BBC iPlayer - a decade old and we missed it first time around. Quirky romantic comedy and non-PC at times but still worth a watch.

Just watched Classic Coronation Street and saw Sue cleaver playing the part of Sister Treece. It's funny how a few years later she reappeared as Eileen Grimshaw in the same soap
