I’ve just finished it just now. No, I was expecting a totally different ending! Certainly not open to another series I wouldn’t think.
Apparently they have been filming series 3 in tandem with series 2.

Wednesday 4th
Admittedly, a 'streamed' episode, as it's not on TV for a fornight
Guy Martins Proper Jobs
It was the last episode, where he's out with Crouch Recovery, from the Coalville depot
I know they're a fairly big company, but he stated they had a £50million turnover!!!, which was far more than I expected
I was surprised by the little cabins they have for on-call staff, almost like little pods, with a bed/small kitchen area/bathroom, rather than staff having to travel from home/take the truck home with them
Apparently they have been filming series 3 in tandem with series 2.
I certainly appreciate the trials & tribulations of the A&E Nurse, although it's '24/7' nowadays for drunks/druggies/feralsWhat were the proper jobs.
Was there the newly qualified female nurse doing the Saturday night shift on A&E or prison officers on a maximum security wing.
Unfortunately Guy Martin seems to have be come a caricature of himself.
Oh good. Yes, just googled and That’s confirmed. Hopefully we won’t have as long to wait this time.

25 years ago (& even less!), it was a case (at our local Hospital) that Nurses needed 5 years ward experience before even applying for A&E
Nowadays, they're almost begging 2nd year students to consider it when qualified
The jobs;
RNLI crew
Potash mining (North Yorkshire, under the North Sea)
Dairy Farmer
Truck recovery
Most areIsn’t RNlI crew a voluntary thing so therefore not a job. I’m not popoing what they do but if we are talking jobs?
That appears to have been a misunderstanding.Apparently they have been filming series 3 in tandem with series 2.
Tonight’s viewing will be Call the Midwife followed by Lord of the Flies.
We watched the Midwives and then switched over to the new series that was on the other side that I can't remember it's name.....
Last night's episode of silent witness was a bit gorey, for some reason they pulled the planned episode
