Watched another episode of Patience this afternoon it was easy enough to watch.

After the Flood series 2... it's essentially a cheap wannabe Line of Duty. Not sure what channel it's on but it feels like it belongs on Channel5... it's that good! It's not been bad either, although the finale of series 2 ended rather abruptly.

Steal (Prime). Sort of your usual heist thriller, but better than I expected. No big names apart from Anna Maxwell Martin. perfectly watchable

I've watched 3 episodes now and really like it. So many series on Prime and Netflix seem to be rushed out and they're all a bit meh but Steal so far been excellent.

Watched 3 episode of "Blackshore" last night

started off OK but after the first episode I said I was worried about it just going down well worn paths

like the female DI coming in from under a clod in another area and magically solving things the local men have missed for years

seemed kinda OK

but then it has started to just disregard any sensible Police practise and go happily down well worn and rather obvious paths for no good reason

we may carry on until the end
but a bit disappointing

This coming weekend, after work, it'll be the first of the new series of Guy Martin : Proper Jobs
He's with the RNLI, going out with them

A future episode sees him out with Crouch Recovery, who have a very interesting side-line in selling ex-military vehicles (see the 'Sales' section)
A damned fine programme, which ended up with
Guy signing up as a volunteer crew member!! (to be vetted.approved)/SPOILER]

ncis from the beginning , over 20 years ago since they aired so worth a rewatch .

We did that last year and enjoyed it (again).

We're currently working our way through the whole of The West Wing, and did a huge double take last week when Special Agent Simon Donovan showed up in Series 3, Episode 18: Enemies foreign and domestic.

Terminator 2, first time it's been on Freeview for years while others are regularly shown, as far as I'm aware... 35 years old this year! 😱

Superb movie. (I'm guessing you mean the later films are on a lot? Which they are, and they're rubbish! I think the first film - the 2nd best in the franchise - is also rarely broadcast).

Right up there in my top action movies ever. Plus it makes great use of perhaps the last great tune by Guns-n-Roses!

T1 has been on at least twice last week, again a rarity, the first two demand much higher costs to broadcast apparently and the latter films tend to be clumped together in cheaper broadcast packages.

Shocking how Robert Patrick has fallen apart over those ~35 years, he trained to sprint fast while breathing through his nose for the T1000 part aged ~31, but drugs and health issues have left him looking battered in recent years aged 67.
