Yes lots of pubs still sell them in bottles BUT they are only 6% now. I was drinking Bateman's Vintage cask a month or so back and that was 7.5% so hardy the strong stuff anymore. Definitely not a Barley wine. Would suggest John Willie Lees Harvest Ale around 11%. Mixed years though. No picking your own yearGold Label Only available in cans these days I think.

I drink red wine called Shiraz from the Co Op at £5.95 it's pretty nice, very smooth on the tongue, has a rich smell. But goes down well.
