I've not been up long, drinking my first coffee. As per my normal of last few years, I'll probably have a piece of fruit in an hour or so, possibly a whole kiwi including skin besides the end with the tough circle. Or a banana.

For years I had to have a bowl of cereal as soon as I surfaced, but that all changed after my long covid began.

There's also the complication that I began taking fenofenadine hayfever tablets in recent years (Allevia and alike), which are to be taken an hour before or two hours after food. But don't take apple; grapefruit; or orange beforehand, it knocks the effectiveness right down!

Found this thread after I’d eaten ! So no pics…..

But today was Bagels, Cream Cheese and Salmon. Probably a once-a-month weekend ‘treat’ for me. Lovely it was too 😁
