Can't usually stomach much on first waking apart from a strong coffee. Ideally I'll have a couple of slices of toast an hour after waking, if WFH or nowhere to go, accompanied with coffee #2. Plenty of butter on one slice, marmite on the other. But if I'm going somewhere, like the office, I'll force myself to eat the toast earlier, or just skip brekkie altogether. Or if I can be bothered I might take the bread into work with a scoop of butter in a little pot and toast it there.

Sometimes have a bowl of granola as a change, or if I know lunch isn't on the horizon, a bowl of porridge.

On holiday or staying over in a hotel for work it's got to be the full English.

My usual, two doorsteps of toast made with bread from my local bakery.
One topped with marmelade or jam sold by one of our local animal charities; more expensive, but no dodgey ingredients and all the money helps the animals and t'other either Marmite & crunchy peanut butter or Marmite & cream cheese spread. :okay:
Oh and a large mug of tea - ! ^_^

Bran flakes / honey nut flakes with zero fat Greek yoghurt with blueberries for first breakfast followed by Sausage cob for second breakfast about 20miles into a gravel ride. 😋
