I believe that mouldy bread is not safe to eat, even if you cut off the mouldy looking bit

Ive done this for as many years as I can remember and survived so far, but thanks for the concern.

I had nothing again

Overnight oats, I don't always feel like it, but doing this every day has suppressed the appetite... stops you snacking during the day and resets everything. Bit surprised what 6 months has done to my bloods - complete turn around, and some tubby lard loss.

Night-shifts can be confusing, sometimes..
When I suffered them, I occasionally sat out in the garden at 06:30 with toast & beer or a glass or two if wine 🍷

I explained to the neighbours that I wasn't actually an alcoholic but they took some convincing 😂
