An old-fashioned cheese and tomato sandwich, made from a couple of doorstep slices of good bread (the best I've had in months).

Pork chops, rice, chick peas, brocolli, smothered in onion gravy. One of the nice things about having my folks in the house as my Dad is a trained chef.

I got one of those two eat for a tenner deals from M&S. Very good value, got the chicken, veg, hot chocolate pud and rose wine. Add some mash and that's a pretty good bargain for ten quid I'd say! Oooo, the bleepers bleeping!! Come on Mrs T, get yer arse in gear!

For ze evening meal I made a sauce to go with pasta: onions, mushrooms, white wine, parsley and tarragon. Lunch for me was a 3-bean salad. No meat today, as we had chicken yesterday. Still too fat, but its a long term issue!
