Me too, I started collecting stamps when I was 12 or 13 and continued for several years. I have contacted three dealers to try to sell them and no one is interested in buying them.

I have my Dad'sold stamp collection.
Most interesting is a lot of German stamps from just before the war when he had a pen pal there

I think they met at a Scout Jamboree in Holland

pity he didn;t keep the letters - but the stamps are there anyway

I must admit to having some "problematic" stamps.

Despite all my music now being streamed off Apple Music. I still have a Marrantz CD73 CD player in its original box from around 1985. It’s actually now worth quite a bit of money, but I can’t quite bring myself to part with it even though I no longer own a single CD!

Expired passports going back to the early 70's. Not entirely useless as they serve as a sort of diary of the good old days when travel was fun.

I always throw mine away. I'd like to keep 'em to reminisce over the old stamps and visas but I can envisage getting to the airport bleary eyed at 6am to find I've brought an expired passport so it isn't worth the risk for a bit of nostalgia

I went to a show of Hebridean music recently ("Hebridean Fire" - recommended) and bought a CD afterwards. Only then did I remember I can only play CDs in my van!
