Whats your favourite exercise after cycling?

Cycling suffers over the winter - generally only get out at the weekend once and then only for a fairly short ride.

Trying to get a bit of life in me with other exercise - I swim 1k twice a week (nice local pool with empty lanes and my waterproof Walkman) and as in an effort to sort out my bad back Pilates twice a week. Both do help the cycling and keeping up general fitness over the winter.

I'm confused. Is it my favourite exercise post ride, or my second favourite exercise assuming cycling is the first? If it's the former, then running. If it's the latter, then running.

(It's Wife's fault - I'm training for a duathlon.)

Right after the ride... chilling out with my buddies :cheers: then when I get back, yoga or at least some form of stretching

Swimming. I've given up on pools, what I like is a hot day on the French Atlantic coast with the ocean rollers crashing onto a deserted sandy beach.

Seems a long way off right now.
